Yale economist whose Quantity Theory of Money formalised MV=PT, and whose 1935 100% Money proposed eliminating fractional-reserve banking — the seed of the Chicago Plan. His Stabilizing the Dollar plan to peg the dollar to a basket of commodities is the direct ancestor of every flatcoin design.
