The GLS Bank Stiftung is the foundation of GLS Bank, Germany's pioneering social-ecological bank, dedicated to rethinking the role of money in society. It works toward a human-oriented money and financial order, treating money as a tool for shaping communal life rather than an end in itself. Every two years it convenes the Geldgipfel, a national summit on the nature and future of money.
