TiBillet
TiBillet is a free software toolkit for cultural venues, festivals and community spaces in France and on Réunion. One NFC card carries three balances: a local currency for the bar and the shop, gift credit, and a time currency that records volunteer hours. The same system handles ticketing, memberships and the till, and venues in the network share an agenda. The Code Commun cooperative runs it, members vote in three colleges, and the code is published under the AGPL. More than 100 venues use it.
A cooperative digital commons that puts a local currency and a volunteer time currency on the same card for more than 100 cultural venues, with cooperative governance and public recognition (France 2030 laureate). The issuance design is genuinely debt-free and hour-backed on the time leg. The money leg is euro parity with a float held by the operator, which holds down stability, fiat independence and sovereignty. Sits with Community Forge (3.4) and Komunitin (3.5) in the community currency software band, below them on custody and unit of account, ahead of Cyclos (2.9) on governance and licence.
